First Lord's Fury (book 6) is out in hardback today, and Princep's Fury (book 5) is out in paperback - from arcaedia's announcement. =)

I picked up my copy right after work.

Cashier: Would you like a gift receipt?
Me: *snort* No. Mine. *grabby hands*

Bwah! I used to get exactly that kind of reaction when I went to my smaller book stores (before the big chains ate 'em up, woe!)

Heck, I even knew the sci-fi/fantasy sections better than the staff. They'd ask me where such and such title was, now and then. XD

I get mistaken for an employee even when I have my coat on. If I can't find a book, it's either not in at all or not unpacked from the shipment.

But still...it's Butcher on release day, why would I be giving it to someone else?!
