ok, firstly, i read on the "comunity info" page that the 4th book is called "captins furies", how do you know this because i couldn't find it on his site? o.o did i miss one of his interviews/anouncments? >.< and i thought i knew all about the series! darn! well, i just need to read more, but seriusly, anyone have a link to the place where it said that?

Why did you start reading the Codex Alera series? Because i loved reading the Dresden Files and my best friends was reading it.

Who is your favourite character? Kitai, no contest

Do you think Gaius makes a good First Lord? hm... yes and no, he needs to be a bit more forward and less manipulative with cursors, but he is doing the best he can with so many problems

Do you believe Tavi will ever have a fury of his own? i've read his book, ON OFF ON OFF! hehehe.

If you had to align yourself with one of the High Lords, which would it be? Placida, lady placida rules!

What is your favourite scene/moment in Furies of Calderon? hm... "hay! aunt isana! he folowed me home! can i keep him?" <-- i thought i would die laughing.

If you had a fury, what element do you believe it would be? Water, or wind, or earth.... I CAN'T DESIDE! (ok, mostly water but a little of the rest)

If you were sent to Alera, and could take one item from our world with you, what would it be?... and all purpus ingenering guid so i could build all the other stuff when i get there XD (i want a fan for the heat, and a freakin flash light because i don't have furies)

What do you hope to get out of this community? i have a slight list for this;

1. info or theories that i haven't learned or thought of.
2. other fans i can argue hapily with withought us both going "what the heck are you talking about" or actualy getting angry (i'm a big fan of discusing books and arguing theories about them, so long as people don't try to hurt my feelings in the proses)

Please explain your lj name. at the time when i joined i was to tired to think of a good one, so i just put dreamer and the order of my best friends favorit gundom wing pilets (sorry for the spelling, i am really bad at it)

Captain's Fury was announced on Jim Butcher's forum, and I'm fairly certain it was mentioned in an official announcement on Jim's site (though not positive).

But it is indeed Captain's Fury.

i checked, and your right, BUT he didn't update the codex alera book page and it still says the 3 will becoming out. T___T which is the only place i check, and he updated it everywhere but that page. >.

Look at http://www.jim-butcher.com/store/ -- click on the 'Codex Alera' link to jump to those books -- you'll see that even Amazon's calling it Captain's Fury. :)

We also have direct confirmation from Jim. He's still writing it.

yeah, i see that now, on the actual page http://www.jim-butcher.com/books/alera/ (which is the series home page) he hasn't updated it sence before cursors fury. but he did everywhere else, and i just had that page bookmarked so that i could view it easily without having to go through other pages. T___T

I ran Jim's first fan site (before he even got published) -- I've known him online and off for about 13 years now. Eventually it evolved into being Jim's official site.
