2 weeks until book 5 is released. For the first time since book 1, I've stayed completely spoiler free. Which is completely abnormal for me. :) I've not visited the forum, nor read the sample chapters.

I hope Princeps Fury sparks some good conversation with us here, as I know it's been fairly lacking.

I read the last chapter on a bus, and I was actually writhing with glee at the last page. WRITHING. IN PUBLIC. Fortunately, I am a New Yorker, so no one cared.

I am SO glad I wasn't drinking anything when I read this. I would be cleaning off my new laptop.

Hey, speaking of Alera and betaing, I got an Alera assignment for yuletide. Will you be my beta?

(Does any actual Alera fanfic exist, other than those two stories in the slash comm? It's kind of unsettling.)
